Policies:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
There are no refunds for cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment.
Session Responsibility
All sessions are taken at your own risk. Merakilight Healing is not responsible for individual reactions to any of the energy healing modalities offered.
Waiver & Payment
A session cannot take place without both a fully completed waiver form and proof of payment.
Rates
Rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Technical Limitations
Merakilight Healing is not responsible for potential glitches or interruptions related to bank transfers, PayPal, Stripe, Zoom, Teams, or Facebook Face Chat.
Terms of Payment
Booking Policy
All appointments must be scheduled before payment.
Payments can be made via PayPal, Stripe, or e-transfer.
E-transfer is only available within Canada (no extra fees).
PayPal Payments

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
An additional 5% GST is applied to each session.
A 4.4% PayPal processing fee is added to cover PayPal’s charges.
PayPal currency conversions may round up or down slightly.

$120 × 5% GST = $126.00
$126.00 × 4.4% PayPal fee ≈ $131.54
Total via PayPal: $132 (CAD)
Stripe Payments
Stripe buttons are provided directly on the booking page.
All Stripe prices already include 12% GST/PST tax and the Stripe processing fee (2.9% + $0.30).
What you see is what you pay — no extra hidden costs.
