Trance Is Not Escape — It Is Entry 🔑🌌

What Trance Actually Is 🌀✨🧠

New Daily Inspirational Write Up For Weds March 18

Some may think trance is just imagination or simply being relaxed, focused, or in a creative state. That is understandable. The early stages of trance often feel familiar because the experience moves through the same internal channels as thought, language, and imagery.

However, trance is not defined by how different it feels, but by the quality of awareness within it. It is more coherent, more stable, and more receptive than ordinary thinking. The mind is not wandering or daydreaming; it is organizing and aligning. What makes it seem uncertain is not that nothing is happening, but that it does not match the expectation of something dramatic or separate. As familiarity develops, the distinction becomes clear without needing to force or prove anything.

To channel clearly, we must learn to let go. Not of ourselves, but of the overthinking, overly controlled states that keep us bound to surface-level awareness. This is not about “going somewhere else.” Rather, it is about softening the edges of ordinary awareness so that your consciousness becomes receptive, fluid, and attuned to subtle energies.

A trance state is a state of consciousness that allows you to connect with the guide. There are many ways to describe the experience of the channeling state, but usually describing it makes it seem more complicated than it actually is. You would have a similar problem describing the state of mind required to drive a car, play a musical instrument, or engage in sport. Once you have experienced the channeling state, it becomes easy to remember and return to. Most people find that achieving a channeling state is easier, more subtle, and different than they thought it would be.

Trance channeling is a state of consciousness, not an action, not a performance, and not something separate from the human system. It is a shift in awareness where the individual becomes receptive to guidance while still remaining functionally present within their body and environment. Trance is not something you do. It is something you enter, recognize, and stabilize. It exists between ordinary waking awareness and deep meditative states. It is not the depth of sleep, and it is not the full alertness of surface consciousness. It is a middle space, a junction point in awareness where communication becomes accessible.

Trance is a natural, altered state of consciousness. You have likely experienced it without realizing it during daydreaming, deep relaxation, or even while driving and forgetting how you got home. Channeling is not “all or nothing.” You do not have to black out or lose control of your body. Many of the most effective channels remain aware while allowing guidance to flow.

There are different levels of trance, ranging from light and conversational to deep overshadowing, but you do not need to be in a deep trance to channel accurately. A gentle, focused awareness is often more than enough.

The times when inspiration flows effortlessly are similar to the channeling state. Most people have already had brief experiences of this without realizing it. Talking to a friend in need and suddenly feeling wisdom flowing through you, saying things you had not planned to say. Moments of deep love, awe while watching a sunset, appreciation for a flower opening, or the reverence of deep prayer. Moments when a very clear internal voice presents ideas that seem to come from nowhere or from a higher level than your normal thinking. When you are teaching, speaking, or helping others and feel unexpected clarity or insight arise, you may already be touching the edges of a trance state.

A trance state can feel as if you have suddenly become very wise and knowledgeable. It creates subtle but noticeable changes in your perception of reality. Answers may come easily, you respond with dignity, and they may feel simple or obvious.

Trance is not the absence of the mind. It does not require shutting down thought or forcing silence. The mind is not removed or suppressed. It is used differently. You do not push the mind away. You allow it to assist you in reaching a higher level of awareness. Attempting to eliminate the mind creates resistance. Trance does not arise from force. It arises from alignment.

It is also not deep unconsciousness by default. It does not require leaving the body or losing control. It is not imagination in the dismissive sense, even though at first it may seem as if you are making up the words or thoughts. This feeling comes from unfamiliarity with how information is received and translated. It is not something reserved for a select few. The belief that it is rare or difficult is itself a barrier.

Despite being natural, trance can feel unfamiliar at first. This is not because it is unnatural, but because it is unrecognized and unfamiliar. Modern conditioning emphasizes control, analysis, and constant mental activity. When entering trance, people may feel uncertainty, doubt, or the sense that they are imagining everything. They may feel like they are concentrating too hard or not hard enough. This creates friction. The mind tries to interpret the experience using familiar frameworks, and because it does not match those frameworks, it feels foreign.

There can also be a mismatch between expectation and reality. Many expect trance to be dramatic or overwhelming. When it presents as subtle, integrated, and natural, it is often overlooked or dismissed.

Trance is not something separate from everyday life. You are already moving through different states of consciousness throughout the day. Your awareness shifts when you watch a movie, work on a task, drive on a freeway, or engage in activity. These states differ based on your level of alertness, involvement, relaxation, emotion, and thought patterns. As you relax, your awareness can shift into a more internal, semi-dreamlike state. Channeling occurs in a slightly relaxed state where attention turns inward and upward while still maintaining awareness.

Because of this, it is important not to judge whether you are in a trance state based on how aware or unaware you feel. At first, you may even feel more aware as you begin forming a connection. Over time, the environment becomes less significant and your focus stabilizes.

Trance is not an acquired ability. It is a re-accessed function. The human system is already designed to enter multiple states of consciousness throughout the day. Trance is one of these states. Once recognized, it becomes easier to return to, like a remembered skill rather than something newly learned.

The difficulty is not in the state itself. The difficulty lies in misunderstanding what it should feel like, trying to force it, doubting it, or trying to control it. As these are removed, the state reveals itself as simple, direct, and already available.

Trance does not require becoming something else. It requires recognizing a state that has always been present within you and learning how to remain within it without interference. It’s like riding a bike once you get you got it

Trance is not escape. It is entry. Entry into the deeper layers of your own awareness. Over time, it does not feel like leaving. It feels like coming home.

As familiarity deepens, another shift begins to occur that is often overlooked. The distinction between “entering” trance and “being in” trance starts to dissolve. What once felt like a state you moved into gradually reveals itself as a state that was already present beneath the surface of ordinary awareness. The practitioner is not creating access, but recognizing continuity.

With this recognition comes a refinement of sensitivity. Not sensitivity in an emotional sense, but in perceptual clarity. Subtle impressions that were once dismissed as background thought begin to carry coherence, structure, and meaning. The difference is not in the volume of what is received, but in the stability of attention that allows it to be perceived without distortion.

At this stage, the relationship between the individual and the incoming information changes. Instead of trying to determine whether something is “coming from you” or “coming from elsewhere,” the focus shifts toward the quality of the signal itself. Coherent guidance carries a consistency, a precision, and a neutrality that does not require force to maintain. It does not compete for attention. It becomes evident through steadiness rather than intensity.

Another important realization emerges here. Trance does not replace the individual; it reorganizes the way the individual participates in awareness. The personality is not removed. It becomes quieter, more ordered, and less intrusive. This allows a layered form of awareness to develop, where observation and reception can occur simultaneously without interference.

As this stabilizes, time, effort, and transition begin to lose their dominance in the experience. The need to “get into the state” weakens. The practitioner begins to notice that access can occur in increasingly ordinary moments, without preparation or shift in environment. This does not mean the state has become casual. It means it has become integrated.

There is also a maturation that takes place in how the experience is interpreted. Early on in trance, the tendency is to measure the validity of the state through intensity, novelty, or sensation. Over time, these markers lose importance. What becomes more relevant is clarity, consistency, and the ability to remain stable within the experience without needing to adjust it.

This leads to a quieter form of confidence. Not certainty based on belief, but familiarity based on repetition. The state no longer needs to prove itself. It becomes a known condition of awareness that can be accessed, recognized, and maintained without strain.

From this perspective, trance is no longer something extraordinary. It becomes a functional aspect of consciousness that operates alongside ordinary awareness. The separation between the two begins to soften, and the individual learns to remain grounded while simultaneously perceiving beyond the surface level of thought.

This is where the foundation for deeper work is established. Not through intensity, but through stability. Not through force, but through continuity.

What becomes clear through all of this is that trance is not something that needs to be chased, forced, or constructed. It is something that becomes visible as interference settles and awareness organizes itself into a more coherent state. The more this is understood, the less effort is applied, and the more accessible the state becomes.

At this point, the focus is no longer on defining trance, but on recognizing when it is already present. This recognition removes unnecessary struggle and allows the practitioner to remain steady within the experience rather than constantly questioning it. The state becomes less about entering and more about sustaining.

From here, the next layer of understanding begins to reveal itself.

If trance is a shift in awareness, then it will naturally express itself through the body. The body does not remain unchanged as consciousness reorganizes. Subtle adjustments begin to occur in breathing, sensation, and physical perception. These changes are not something to force or interpret prematurely, but they are part of how the state stabilizes and becomes embodied.

This is where attention now turns.

Not to create the state, but to understand how the body responds as the state unfolds.

Mastery Trap of Spiritual Awakening 🧠✨

Mastery Trap of Spiritual Awakening 🧠✨

Daily Inspirational Write-Up For Sunday March 15th

Objection:

To reveal the subtle mastery trap that can arise during spiritual awakening, where genuine revelation becomes filtered through ego comparison, and to remind the channeler that true authority in channeling is expressed through humility, responsibility, and relational wisdom rather than hierarchy.

There is a mastery trap that many channelers encounter once revelation begins to stabilize and access becomes consistent.

At first, awakening is humbling. It cracks you open and fills you with love. It makes you tender. It dissolves identity. But then something subtle can happen. The unhealthy united ego, not evil, not malicious, simply adaptive, tries to metabolize the expansion. And it does so through hierarchy. “I see more.” “I know more.” “I’m an old soul and know more than you.” “They’re not awake yet.” “They’re still sleeping.” “ Only I can assist you with this issue, no one else. ”

What began as illumination quietly becomes comparison and competition. What began as service to assist became positioning and hierarchy And if this phase is not recognized, it can isolate the channeler. Not because others reject them, but because they begin to exile themselves into a subtle tower of superiority.

The mastery trap is not loud arrogance. It is refined spiritual inflation. It sounds compassionate on the surface but carries an undertone of elevation.

It assumes access equals hierarchy authority. It assumes revelation equals more mature over others. It assumes intensity equals the only truth. Over time, this posture fractures the community. It creates invisible walls. It prevents dialogue. The channeler slowly stops listening because they believe they are now the one who knows it all. And once listening stops, growth stops. Isolation follows. Spiritual wars are born this way, not from darkness, but from certainty that refuses translation.

A mature conduit and spiritual being learns that revelation does not grant hierarchy. It grants responsibility. True channeling does not make you above others or closer to God Goddes then others. It makes you more accountable for how you speak. Humility is not weakness in this process, it is stabilization.

When identity stabilizes,

you no longer need others to be asleep and not know much for you to feel awake and smart.

You no longer need to win metaphysical debates. You no longer need to declare superiority through soul age or frequency.

You can meet a religious person, a scientist, a mystic, an atheist, and simply recognize: each has found a way to orient toward meaning. The found something that worked for them. Either a power or a God of their understanding. Compassion replaces comparison. Curiosity replaces correction.

To humble the spiritual ego is not to deny your access. It is to hold it gently. It is to remember that your revelation is filtered through your nervous system, your language, your metaphors, your lived history.

The hard truth, It is real to you, but it is not the only doorway through which the Divine expresses itself. When we learn to speak other languages, psychological, scientific, religious, cultural, we are not betraying our cosmology. We are expanding its reach.

A stable conduit can translate without feeling threatened. They can sit with someone who disagrees without needing to dominate. They can hold intensity without turning it into identity armor.

If this phase is ignored, the channeler can drift into self-exile. Communities become smaller. Conversations become combative. Feedback feels like an attack. Eventually the teacher becomes surrounded only by those who agree, and that is the quietest form of stagnation.

But when the ego is recognized and gently integrated, something powerful happens. Authority becomes calm. Power becomes service. Revelation becomes relational rather than hierarchical.

To become a conduit of God / Goddess is not to ascend above humanity. It is to deepen into it. It is to walk with compassion, recognizing that every person is somewhere on their own path of awakening, even if it looks nothing like yours. We do not tell others they are asleep. We do not measure souls. We do not weaponize insight. We stabilize identity, soften the edges of superiority, and allow love to guide communication. Mastery is not proven by how many people you correct. It is proven by how many you can understand without diminishing them.

When Revelation Becomes Hierarchy ⚖️🌌

Where Trance Meets Transmission 🔺𓂀🌞✨

Rules of Contact & Frequency Matching ⚡🌀

Daily Inspirational Write-Up For Sat March 14

Objective:

To explain the energetic laws that allow communication between the channel and guiding intelligences, including how frequency compatibility, coherence of the nervous system, and stabilization of the trance state allow contact to occur.

Trance State as the Gateway of Contact

Learning and practicing to enter a trance state is a state of consciousness that allows you to connect with your guides more easily and gracefully. A trance state can arise while walking, washing dishes, gardening, doing chores you enjoy, or simply moving with the best and rhythm of life itself.

Walking meditation or mindful activity can bring about the same receptive condition with practice. Meditation is not always about sitting perfectly still, forcing thoughts away and demanding the channeling connection. When you enter the natural rhythmic zone of what you are doing, the mind begins to soften and the trance state becomes accessible. You’ll notice that when you are doing what you love — engaging in hobbies, creating something meaningful, dreaming, imagining, or exploring possibilities — the mind naturally begins to drift into a light trance state. In that relaxed and open condition of awareness, new ideas, concepts, and visions often begin to arise with surprising clarity.

Once you experience and achieve a channeling trance state, it becomes easier and simpler to return to it. With practice it becomes natural, much like riding a bicycle, you never forget how too. At first it may feel difficult, challenging and like it’s not possible for me but through patience, repetition, and persistence the mind gradually learns how to access the trance state with increasing and relative ease. Through discipline, focus, practice, patience, and persistence, areas of the mind and higher-mind connection begin to redevelop and activate.

Channeling involves a slightly relaxed trance state where your attention turns inward and upward to receive impressions from higher realms or universal intelligence. In this condition the mind becomes calm, attentive, and receptive.

The channeling state is not the deepest level of meditation. Rather, it exists between normal waking conscious awareness and deep meditative absorption. If one moves too deeply into meditation, the mind may pass beyond the channeling junction entirely and slip into sleep. The channeling mind exists in the delicate space between conscious awareness and deep meditation. Learning where that junction exists within the body and mind is therefore a critical skill of the channel.

Preparing the Channel for Contact

Before activating the trance state, I create a clear channeling connection to my guide so that information can flow effortlessly through me. I aim to establish a clear mind and a clear inner environment. Before channeling, I clear away blockages, stretch and flex the body, set aside personality distortions, work through suppressed emotions, quiet unhealthy mental chatter, and transform blocked or backed-up energy before proceeding into deeper states of trance. You want to prime the pipes before opening to the divine.

For the best trance channeling, the channel must prepare their energy system before attempting contact. A calm, balanced emotional state and a clear internal environment make transmission easier, more accessible, and far more stable.

Practices such as trance posture, trance breath work, yoga, stretching, movement, walking, tai chi, meditation, and proper nourishment help prepare the body and energy system for channeling. These activities elevate the energy level of the channel and stabilize the nervous system so it can sustain the deeper trance state.

I cannot stress this enough: make sure your energy frequency level is elevated as much as possible before you enter the trance state and begin channeling. For example, before I connect with my guide I may drink a fruity smoothie, meditate, practice breath work, do tai chi, stretch, walk, or run, bring out the innocence of a spiritual adult i do this before I connect so that I do not burn out, create a weak connection or exhaust myself. Ensuring that you have ample energy and sufficient nourishment before channeling is critical, especially for deeper levels of trance.

Guides will also assist in shifting your energy when connection is forming. At times they may provide an energetic boost as you begin moving into the trance state.

Frequency Matching Between Channel and Guide

To channel effectively, you must operate at a higher frequency rather than a lower one. As you enter deeper and richer trance states, the electromagnetic frequency of the body and mind increases. It is therefore very important to create the highest possible frequency match with your guide before channeling begins.

You want to create a complementary match with your guide so they can match with you. It is far easier for guiding intelligences to meet us when we elevate our own energy before channeling. Communication becomes extremely difficult, and sometimes nearly impossible, if the channel only expects the guide to descend into a dense physical vibration. I suggest you meet them all the way rather than halfway.

We therefore seek to align our electromagnetic field within this dimension with theirs. When both energy fields align, a deeper and richer connection forms and the transmission of information can occur.

It is very important to remember the matching of your frequency to theirs so that you can access channeling quickly and at any time. The experience you gain through daily practice and channeling techniques will eventually allow you to do this with increasing ease and grace.

Over time you will begin to recognize your guide by frequency, just as you can sense when someone familiar is close to you. Like an animal, a pet, or even a plant, each presence carries a distinct energetic signature.

The Nature of Interdimensional Contact

To help understand this complex matter, imagine that there is only one universe. Think of guiding intelligences not as existing in a separate universe, but within the same universe at a different frequency. They are beside you right now, yet operating on a different vibrational band within the same universal field.

They can communicate with you only when both sides adjust their frequencies closely enough to establish compatibility. They perceive you when their frequency shifts in a way that makes your world visible to them.

When you reach the vibrational frequency match and enter a higher state of consciousness and mind, you may begin to sense or feel their presence. They are aware that you are reaching toward them and that you are working to develop a secure channel of communication. Practice makes progress, and even your attempts, risks, and experiments are part of the learning process.

When you tap into your guides they match with you and open the mind doorway. As your energy increases you become more visible to them. They perceive you as moving patterns of energy, colors, and harmonics. A Mythical lyrical of sound and light

That is what you begin looking for as you start to channel. You learn to perceive and imagine moving energy patterns, colors, and harmonies, while becoming aware of life-force energy and the subtle sounds or impressions they emit.

Intentional Contact

Remember that you must consciously request connection with your guide and do what you can to match the guide’s frequency.

“I want to connect to the frequencies of my guides, so I need to match my dimension within this universe with you now.”

The channel sets both attention and intention to connect, while the guides adjust their transmission so it can match the channel’s ability to receive. In this way, communication becomes a cooperative process between the channel and the guiding intelligence.

Contact between a channel and guiding intelligences is not a mechanical switch that turns on at will. It is more accurately understood as a condition that arises when multiple factors become coherent at the same time. The channel’s awareness, emotional balance, physical energy, and mental stillness all contribute to the receptivity of the channeling field. When these elements become ordered and stable, the channel begins to function like a tuned instrument that can resonate with frequencies beyond ordinary perception.

Frequency matching does not mean that the channel becomes identical to the guide. Rather, it means that a compatible range of vibration is established so communication can occur across dimensions of awareness. Just as two musical instruments must be tuned to the same key to harmonize, the consciousness of the channel and the consciousness of the guide must operate within a compatible energetic band. When this compatibility exists, impressions, ideas, and symbolic information can pass through the channel’s awareness without distortion.

The stability of the nervous system plays a central role in this process. A nervous system that is overwhelmed by emotional turbulence, mental noise, or physical exhaustion cannot maintain the receptive condition required for contact. A calm, regulated nervous system provides the biological foundation that allows the mind to remain attentive while the deeper layers of consciousness open to incoming impressions. In this way the human organism becomes capable of sustaining the subtle energetic exchange required for channeling.

Another important aspect of contact is the cooperative nature of the exchange. The channel does not simply receive information while remaining passive. The channel participates through attention, intention, and energetic alignment. At the same time, the guiding intelligence adjusts its transmission so that the information can pass through the channel’s perceptual system without overwhelming it.

Contact therefore emerges as a partnership between the receptive capacity of the channel and the adaptive transmission of the guide.

As experience develops, the channel gradually learns to recognize the energetic signatures associated with authentic contact. These may appear as shifts in perception, subtle changes in internal sensation, or the feeling of a distinct presence entering the field of awareness. Over time the channel becomes familiar with the qualities of the transmission and learns to distinguish them from imagination, emotional projection, or ordinary internal dialogue.

Understanding these principles helps the channel recognize that successful contact is not based on force or effort. It arises from alignment. When the mind becomes quiet, the body becomes stable, and the energy of the channel rises into coherence, the conditions necessary for communication naturally appear. In this way the channel does not compel contact to occur but prepares the field in which contact can form.

As the channel begins to understand these principles, an important realization naturally emerges. Channeling does not occur through force, performance, or personal authority. It occurs through alignment, stability, and the disciplined preparation of consciousness. When the channel learns how to regulate their internal environment, elevate their energetic condition, and stabilize the trance state, the conditions necessary for contact begin to organize themselves. Communication becomes less mysterious and more understandable as a lawful interaction between consciousness operating at compatible frequencies.

Yet it is important to recognize that understanding these laws conceptually is not the same as mastering them in practice. The purpose of this manual is to explain the architecture of trance channeling so the reader can comprehend how contact forms, how frequency alignment occurs, and how the human system stabilizes itself for communication. It prepares the mind to understand the mechanics of the process and clarifies the principles that govern authentic contact.

However, there are also clear boundaries to what this volume is intended to provide. Certain aspects of trance channeling belong to lived experience, mentorship, and apprenticeship rather than written instruction. For this reason, it becomes necessary to define what this manual explains and what it intentionally does not attempt to perform.

For that reason, we now turn to the operational boundaries of this work and clarify the scope of what this trance channeling book is designed to present.

I AM A Channeled Being 🌟🌀

I AM A Channeled Being 🌟🌀

The Channel Opens When Ego Steps Aside 🔑✨

Daily Inspirational Write-Up For Friday March 13

Objective of this section:

To establish the philosophical orientation that human consciousness itself functions as a channeling instrument, while preparing the reader to understand how discernment and resonance lead naturally into the energetic laws of contact and frequency matching discussed in the next section.

When you say “I AM a channel” or “I AM a channeled being,” you are not making a claim about status, talent, or importance. You are stating orientation. You are saying: this is the direction my consciousness is facing. The moment an unhealthy ego tries to turn that statement into identity, hierarchy, status, or insecurity — “Look at me, I’m a channel, I’m an old soul, I’m special, I can do something you cannot” — the channel tightens, constricts, and cuts off.

“I AM” is not ownership.

“I AM” is availability .

The ego loves to interfere here and it whispers both distortions at once. On one side it says, “Who do you think you are? You cannot channel, you are making it up.” On the other side it says, “You must be special to channel because you are an old soul.” Both distortions collapse the channel. One contracts it through fear. The other contaminates it through pompous inflation.

Neither serves the truth.

A clean channel does not say “I AM” to prove anything.

A clean channel says “I AM” to get out of the way, surrender, vulnerability, humility, gratitude, dignity, awareness, and consciousness.

When “I AM” is spoken from love and presence, the soul, the emotional body, the mind, the physical body and nervous system relaxes. There is no performance, no pressure, no proving, and no self-monitoring. The mind is no longer asking, “Am I doing this right? Will I fail? Am I better than others?” “Look at me, look at what I can do, I’m special? Instead it is listening. It is allowing. It is receiving and it is cooperating with something larger without surrendering discernment.

This is why the ego does not need to be destroyed. It needs to understand its role. The ego must be healed, transformed, and integrated into a healthy and supportive structure within the personality. The ego is not the source of the message, and it is not the judge of the message. It is the delivery system. Like a mail carrier delivering a letter, the ego simply passes the information along. All communication moves through the ego before reaching the conscious self. When the ego understands this role, it stops interrupting the process and simply delivers the message.

“I AM a channel” means:

I do not own the information.

I do not embellish the information.

I do not shrink the information.

I allow it to move through me as cleanly as possible.

The moment you feel tension, comparison, competing, urgency, or self-importance arise, pause. That is the ego trying to regain control, not because it is bad, but because it is afraid of the unknown. Bring it back gently and remind it: you have a job, and this is not it.

“I AM” spoken from ego builds walls.

“I AM” spoken from presence opens doors.

So today, let “I AM” be simple.

I AM available.

I AM present.

I AM clear.

I Am here to make known the unknown

And let that be enough.

So be it.

How Many Egotistical People Have The Ability To Get Out Of Their Own Way To Channel?

I Am A Channeled Being

Now the concept that I am a channeled being is quite remarkable, is it not? No, I am not another personality; I am too powerful for that. I am a channeled being, a pure vessel able to exit and leave this beautiful design to work with, unfitted and uninhibited by appearance or personal demands.

Maybe the channel is influencing me, or perhaps I am influencing the channel. The reason I point this out is that in this extraordinary teacher that you have — that I am — regardless of what scientists say, something is happening here. Of course it is. The channel becomes this body and works through this body. The channel is using this brain, this body, this face, yet the channel is not inside it emotionally. The channel is using this body as window dressing, a physical instrument through which communication can occur.

Because the body and mind act as instruments of communication, guidance can reach us through many pathways. Your Higher Self, as a guide, usually communicates through your intuition, your feelings, and your emotions. It can also communicate by sending odd coincidences, synchronicities, and serendipities — those “aha” moments that appear through people, books, newspapers, movies, or anything else that delivers the message you need to hear, even when you randomly open a book.

As you strengthen your connection to your Higher Self, you will experience increasing insights, realizations, and expanded awareness. You can take an almost immediate leap forward in your spiritual growth by contacting your Higher Self and learning to communicate and work with it.

You can begin contacting your Higher Self by imagining yourself speaking with a wise teacher, a great sage, a counselor, or an advisor and asking for guidance. By being your Higher Self in this way, you gradually learn to experience the feelings, thoughts, and wisdom of your Higher Self more often. This is who you are all the time.

Your Higher Self is your expanded, loving, wise, compassionate, forgiving, and beautiful self.

Your guides will find creative ways to communicate with you, for there are infinite possibilities for how they may reach your soul. Your soul receives the light codes and converts them into words so the mind can understand them. Guides make contact with your soul first, and all channeled messages pass through the soul before reaching your consciousness. In this way the soul acts as a filter for the information that moves from the channel into your awareness.

Before activating the trance state, I create a clear channeling connection to my guide so information can flow effortlessly through me. I want a clear mind and being. I find it best, before channeling, to clear away blockages, set aside personality distortions, heal unprocessed emotions, quiet unhealthy mental chatter, transform the ego into a positive ego and transform blocked energy.

To channel, you must be operating at a higher integrated frequency rather than a low frequency. As you enter a deeper and richer trance state, the electromagnetic frequency increases. It is important to establish the highest possible frequency match with your guide before channeling. You want to create the closest complementary resonance with your guide so they can match with you.

One of the most important realizations a developing channel must come to is that the ability to channel does not belong to a special group of people. It is not a rare gift given to a chosen few. Human consciousness itself is structured in a way that makes channeling possible. The mind can receive. The body can transmit. Awareness can move between levels of intelligence. In that sense, the human being is already designed as a channel.

What determines the clarity of that channel is not talent but orientation. If the mind is ego driven, agitated, fearful, inflated, or seeking validation, the signal becomes distorted. If the mind is calm, attentive, grounded in presence and embodies love the signal becomes clearer.

Channeling therefore begins with the recognition that the instrument already exists. The work of the channel is not to create the instrument but to stabilize it.

This is why discernment is essential. Many beginning students assume that any inner voice must be guidance or that any sensation must be contact. In reality, the field of consciousness contains many signals. Some arise from memory, emotion, or imagination. Some arise from deeper levels of the self. Others may originate from guiding intelligences. The responsibility of the channel is not simply to receive information but to learn the texture of different signals so that each voice can be recognized for what it is.

A channel who understands this does not rush to interpret every impression. Instead, they learn to observe the quality of the communication. Some signals carry the emotional tone of the personality. Others carry the quiet coherence of the soul. Still others arrive with the distinct clarity of an external intelligence communicating through the channel. With time and practice, these differences become recognizable.

This is where the orientation “I AM a channeled being” becomes important. The statement is not a declaration of power but a reminder of function. It places the channel in the correct relationship to the process. Rather than trying to control the communication, the channel becomes the environment through which communication can occur. The task is not to dominate the experience but to maintain stability while the experience unfolds.

Once this orientation is established, another factor becomes visible: communication between consciousnesses depends on resonance. Two signals must share enough compatibility for transmission to occur. If the frequencies are too different, the contact becomes weak or distorted. If they are close enough to match, communication becomes fluid.

For this reason, channeling is not only about opening to contact but about learning how to stabilize one’s own energetic state. The clearer and more coherent the channel becomes, the easier it is for guiding intelligences to match that frequency and communicate through it.

Understanding this principle prepares the student for the next step of the work: learning the rules that govern how contact occurs and how frequency matching between the channel and the communicating intelligence is established and maintained.

The mechanics of that process are what we will examine next.

Are you ready to awaken the natural channeling ability that already exists within you?

Are you ready to connect with universal intelligence and receive guidance from higher levels of consciousness?

Are you ready to explore the ancient principles and practices that allow human beings to channel divine wisdom?

Distinguishing Soul vs Guide Contact

Distinguishing Soul vs Guide Contact

Daily Inspirational Write-Up For Thursday March 12

Objective of this section:

To teach discernment between internal soul communication and external guide communication, including the role of the Higher Self, inner authority, and the language through which the soul speaks.

Guides will find creative ways to communicate with you, for there are infinite possibilities for how they may communicate with your soul. Your soul will take the light codes and convert them into words for better understanding. Guides make contact with your soul, for all channeled messages first go through your soul and then to your consciousness. Your soul acts as a filter of all information coming from the channel to you. I find it best to have a deep relationship with your soul before you channel. Merging with your soul before you channel is a very critical step. Before activating the trance state, I create a clear channeling connection to my guide for information to effortlessly flow through me. I want a clear mind and being. I find it best before channeling to clear away any blockages, set aside personality distortions, heal unprocessed emotions, and transform blocked energy.

Your Higher Self as a guide usually talks to you through your intuition and feelings and through your emotions. It can also communicate by sending you odd coincidences, synchronicities, and those aha moments in the forms of people, books, movies, or anything else that will give you the messages you need to hear. As you strengthen your connection to your Higher Self, you will experience increasing insights, realizations, and expanded awareness. Some people begin contacting their Higher Self by imagining themselves speaking to a wise teacher, a great sage, or counselor and asking for advice.

Your Higher Self is your expanded, loving, wise, compassionate self. You already are your Higher Self at those moments when you are acting from love, when you help someone from your heart, when creative insights come, or when you experience those moments of realization where everything suddenly makes sense. You are being your Higher Self as you channel. You are being your Higher Self as you heal and assist another.

When you say I AM a channel or I AM a channeled being, you are not making a claim about status, talent, or importance. You are stating orientation. You are saying this is the direction my consciousness is facing. The moment an unhealthy ego tries to turn that statement into identity, hierarchy, or insecurity, the channel tightens, constricts, and cuts off. I AM is not ownership. I AM is availability. The ego loves to interfere here. On one side it says, Who do you think you are? You can’t channel. On the other side it says, You must be special to channel. Both distortions collapse the channel. A clean channel does not say I AM to prove anything. A clean channel says I AM to step aside, surrender, and allow the greater intelligence to move through.

The soul and the Higher Self are not only intermediaries in the channeling structure. They can also function as primary guides. In many cases they become the most reliable guides a person will ever work with, because they arise from within the being’s own continuum of consciousness rather than from outside intelligences. External guides, extraterritorials, Galactic family, teachers, councils, or higher beings can certainly assist the channel. Yet those transmissions still pass through the inner structure of the channel.

The soul receives meaning through lived wisdom across lifetimes, and the Higher Self regulates the translation of that wisdom into forms the personality can understand and embody. Because of this, the soul and the Higher Self often become the closest and most consistent guiding intelligences a person will ever encounter. For this reason, when we speak of guides, the definition must expand. A guide is not only a separate being assisting the channel. A guide can also be an aspect of one’s own greater consciousness. The soul may guide through soul lessons, imagination, memory, passion, and symbolic meaning. The Higher Self may guide through clarity, regulation, and alignment with the larger pattern of the life path. Understanding this prevents a common misunderstanding in channeling. Some people believe guidance is valid only when it comes from outside themselves. Others assume all inner guidance must simply be their own thoughts. In reality, the structure is layered. The soul, the Higher Self, and external guiding intelligences can all participate in guidance. The task of the channel is to learn how each communicates and how they cooperate within the larger field of consciousness. With this foundation established, we can now examine how the soul itself speaks and how its language differs from the communication of guiding intelligences.

High-level guides will often encourage you to rely on your own inner guidance, sometimes even above the advice they give you. A true guide does not seek to replace your inner authority. Instead, they help you strengthen it. As you read this book, you will notice that the teachings continually return you to your own inner knowing. We encourage you to use only the information that resonates deeply within your being. If something does not ring true to the deepest part of you, set it aside. Channeling is not meant to create dependency on an external source of authority. It is meant to awaken your relationship with the intelligence already present within you. Your soul and your Higher Self are not distant abstractions. They are aspects of your own greater consciousness, carrying wisdom accumulated through your experiences across lifetimes. When you learn to trust that inner guidance, the channel becomes clearer, more stable, and more authentic. You are a unique expression of consciousness with unlimited potential. The purpose of this work is not simply to hear other voices, but to rediscover the divinity that already lives within you. In that sense, the deepest guide you will ever learn to trust is the wisdom of your own being.

Let’s Give Voice to Your Soul.

What is your soul language? What does your soul like to use in order to speak to you? As you find out, cultivate that. You will be amazed. What was your soul trying to say to you, or what were you saying to yourself? Without a voice, what was your soul trying to tell you about your strengths, about your talents, about your abilities, about your love, about your power? What is or was your soul saying to you? Does the darkness or soul frighten you, and do you run before you stand long enough to hear its message? Maybe your soul’s message seems so harsh, but your soul speaks of the light and it speaks of new forms. Your soul has its own language of imagination and its own life force of passion, its own food of creativity, its own realm of the unconscious underworld. The voice of your soul can give you the eyes and the heart to accomplish anything. You give voice to your soul by facing yourself and unencumbering yourself. Your soul needs to express his or her voice, and by facing your shadow selves you give voice to your soul.

Have you cut the vocal cords of your soul? Your soul says feel with your inner senses, not think, and you will hear and feel your soul speak. You see, your soul does speak. Your soul speaks in old forms, new forms, and your soul speaks the highest truth. Your soul speaks through imagination, creativity is the soul’s food, and passion is the life force of the soul. Ignite your imagination, passion, and life force and you will speak to your soul. So be it.

Your soul speaks the language of imagination, and most have riddled down imagination and therefore your soul cannot speak. You have denied your soul’s language. Latin is a language you can read and conjugate, but you don’t live it. So your soul’s language is a depleted language and therefore your soul cannot speak without imagination. You have bared the soul’s realm. Your religions call it hell, only where blasphemy goes. Your doomers and gloomers suggest that’s where you go and rot in the underworld. Even your Greek and Roman theologies, as much as they are open to those realms, see them as dark. They say they are fearful places, where one must travel by necessity rather than by choice. The underworld and the unconscious, the world of the soul, has been bared. Keep out. Danger. Enter at your own risk, or don’t even enter. The life force of your soul, passion, has been denied. Passionate people are frightening in your world. Most people don’t even know what passion is anymore. It is being berserk, being weird, being strange, being too emotional, too moody. It runs dangerously close to being crazy. If you must have some passion, then in the bedroom once a week or once a month. Don’t do it anyplace else. It is indecent, you see. Passion and sex have been linked because that is the one area of the consensus that is too embarrassing to look too closely at. They make all kinds of laws about what you can and can’t do with your body. Nonetheless, you can have passion between the sheets, but anywhere else it is considered distasteful, crazy. What passion is, is desire and carrying intimacy and love that transcends time and space. But that is not what people see it as. It has been denied. Imagination, creativity, the underworld, the unconscious, the passion, the vocal cords have been cut, the realm has been denied, food has been withheld, and the life force has been suffocated. Thus your soul can’t speak.

To talk to your soul, which others of you may find quite valuable, is to reconnect the discord and the enchanted and cherished moments. What was your soul trying to say to you, or what were you saying to yourself? Without a voice, what was your soul trying to tell you about your strengths, your talents, your abilities, your power? What was your soul saying to you? In a sense, draw a timeline of your life. Not every down moment you ever had, but pick those times in your childhood or teenage years. What were the dark points, the real lows, the maladies, the discord, the deadly illness that almost took you out? What were those dark moments? Also, the enchanted moments. There may be few of them immediately, maybe shorter-lived, but nonetheless those enchanted moments. That summer camp you could die for, that was incredibly wonderful. That time with grandma and grandpa. That magic afternoon playing where the world belonged to you, and by nightfall it slipped away nonetheless. It was that enchanted time. Recount those, not every good moment, but those that spoke to you, peaked for you, lifted you. Then look at these cherished moments through the eyes of your soul. What was your soul trying to say to you? Without a voice, what was your soul trying to tell you about your strength, your talents, your abilities, your power? What was your soul saying to you?

When the pain or trauma comes to the surface and you can’t see the bright side, your soul sits with you in your shadow light. Escape from the recesses you are hiding in and instead turn to your soul’s smiling eyes, as your soul lifts you into love. When the wound comes and you come crashing down in pain, your soul brings to you the shadow, the dark light, the part of you that needs your love to heal. Your soul draws you into the womb of the shadow where you can be born a new form. Dive now into the womb of your shadow and call on defining moments of love to mend the ghosts of the past. We deepen our spiritual journey by diving into the womb of your shadow and dancing with your shadow and soul into a deeper communication.

You see, as you can use your hindsight and get those messages, and some of them are decades old, then they don’t have to keep being delivered. Well, that’s hindsight. That’s all hindsight twenty-twenty. Then use it, for crying out loud. Don’t dismiss it. No, that’s too easy. Use it. Here is a pair of binoculars. Well, I can see better with them. Well, use them. Don’t just hang them around your neck. Put them up to your eyes and look. I can see better. It magnifies everything. That’s right. That is what is supposed to happen. That is why you have hindsight. So you look at these deep dark moments, you look at this hindsight. What was your soul trying to say? I thought this was about not being invited or picked for an activity, but in fact I see now through the eyes of my soul that it is something else altogether different. I thought it was about my stepdad beating me and me being a bad kid, but it was something totally different through the eyes of my soul. Beyond the accusations, justifications, and guessing, what was really there? What was I saying to myself? As you take these moments of the past, you can also look at the current and the potential. I know I am heading to something, and I know it will be a wonderful experience there or a disaster. What would my soul want to say to me? Even in that foresight. And between the hindsight and foresight, that’s the insight to your soul. You might as well use the experiences, since you have already had them. Don’t let them be lost. Work with them as recounting the heights and the valleys, the peaks and the valleys.

The darkness frightens people, and they run before they stand long enough to hear its message. Therefore, the soul’s message seems so harsh, but your soul speaks of the light and it speaks of new forms. The securities of your future, if faulty, would begin to crumble. Most would run around frightened to death of the crumbling. Others would run around philosophizing about humanity’s inability to handle the crumble. You would take time to look beyond the crumble, the reconstruction, the reforming, and see the new form or the new light. If the securities of your foundation are solid, then every day can be an incredible day, week, month, or year. Doomers and gloomers speak and only focus on major earth changes like major earthquakes, fires, floods, destruction, pandemics. Some will move out of the city due to fear. Some will hide. Some will go into survival mode. What if this or that could happen, for the fear of the fracture that was going to occur in their reality? There is fracturing and change, but not of that nature. There is a fracture in the base of your security if it is faulty.

Your soul speaks of old wounds and how to heal them through the application of defining moments of love. Next time your soul brings up an old memory, an old pattern, an old thought, and an older aspect of yourself, this may be the expanding moment to transform the old into the new form. Your soul speaks of new forms. Your soul speaks of new light, therefore it also speaks of the death of the old form and the darkness. The darkness frightens people and they run before they stand long enough to hear its message. Therefore the soul’s message seems so harsh, but your soul speaks of the light and it speaks of the new form. Embrace your soul. Your soul loves you unconditionally and your soul wants to see you increase the volume of your voice by sharing your old forms and how you transformed them into new forms.

To realize that your soul has its own language of imagination and its own life force of passion, its own food of creativity, its own realm of the unconscious underworld. Your soul can speak through these forms. Develop these. Work with imagination, not just visualization. You don’t have to visualize. It’s nice but not necessary. It need not be a limit. Imagination. Use your imagination, not just imagination but instead your passions and desires, your logic and reason within the imagination. Develop your creativity. Do something creative every day, even if it is only ten or fifteen minutes. Maybe you will say you don’t understand, it’s a physical world and there are only so many hours in a day and I have so much to do. I don’t have time to be creative or imaginative. My response is you do not have time not to. Maybe years ago, when things were slower, you could go a day or two without being creative or imaginative. You don’t have that time anymore. What’s happening in your world is far more important. It is no longer practice. What you are doing counts. You do not have time to not create or imagine. Even just a little bit. It doesn’t have to be the whole day. Maybe it is your profession where you get to be creative, that’s wonderful. Others of you need to have that. Open up. We would suggest creating a language. It may be your soul speaks to you in your garden, or when you meditate or walk in the woods, or through beautiful things, maybe poetry. Poetry is one of the last languages that still has juice with originality, creativity, imagination, and passion. It is allowed in the consensus because most don’t understand poetry. Makes no sense, crazy talk to some. Sometimes it is in reading and writing poetry. Create a language. Is it words or written words? Spoken words, you speak too quickly, your soul can’t speak as fast as you can. Therefore write it down. That slows you down. Draw it, doodle, do great art, whatever. Music, not every bit of sound, but music. For some of you, it is your special song or playlist or anything that gives you goosebumps. Not necessarily jazz, which has been considered soul music, however the blues, which truly is soul music. But your soul music might be different, therefore you may have a collection of soul music that you sit and listen to as a way for your soul to sit and communicate with you. Or a written word that you read and write, beautiful images and pictures. Your soul can speak through these forms.

What is your language? What does your soul like to use in order to speak to you? As you find out, cultivate that and apply that to trance channeling. You will be amazed. As you find the written word, read certain passages, or certain poetry, whether it is written in upper poetic form or lyric poetry or narrative poetry or dramatic poetry, your soul speaks through poetry. Or certain music, classical, country, jazz, blues, folk music. Your soul will speak through the Mythical lyrical, lyrics, and music. Or go on a walk, be surrounded by beautiful nature, solitude, fresh air, light wind, creeks, a distant bird, as your soul recharges, heals, integrates, upgrades, and communicates to you. Find what works for you. It may be doodling it or working in clay. It may be digging in your garden, going to the chicken coop, walking or playing with your dogs, sitting in the greenhouse. This is how your soul can speak to you. Develop your language, then use it in sacred places with a unique language. Sit with the faces or powers or phases of your soul. Any of these approaches will work to speak to your soul. Any combination that suits you will work. But the key will be the common denominator that now that you have given voice to your very soul, your soul will now use these avenues to speak to you. Even for those that say, yeah, yeah, I tried that already or did that already, go back again because now with the voice you can be amazed at how your soul can speak and what beautiful messages, not harsh, with clear insight, your soul can deliver. You see, if you give your soul a voice and a way to speak, then you don’t have to create as much pain, fear, shame, guilt. You will reduce the amount quite automatically just by doing this much. Then as you heal the fears and pains, you can reduce them even further and then you can catch a glimpse of possibly there could be a world, not just my reality, but a world without pain or fear.

When the Native Americans could not see the ships at sea, when they began to see them they saw a flag, a sail, a cloud, then they could start perceiving more. This is like looking to see your soul. You will see something and hear something but not sure what, but as you believe and perceive more, you will see and hear your soul. You see, you are the shaman of a future that is to come. You are the ones saying to the world, you see that little reflection there, you see that little crack, look a little closer and look through the eyes of your soul. Look through the heart of your soul. You will see. As you wiggle your way through and get more of a glimpse, like a child at Christmas peeking down the stairs before morning. When others are ready and ultimately a world that is ready, or turns itself inside out, it will have someplace to go. That you have to find, not found but founded. There is a virgin future. There is a crack there. Not a crack of darkness but a crack of light. But because so many won’t see the light, they will miss it this time.

The voice of your soul can give you the eyes and the heart to accomplish anything. Give voice to your soul by facing yourself and unencumbering yourself. Giving voice to your soul for the success and fulfillment, more important for the cherished, magic, and miracles. For the depth and character with multidimensionality, the thrill, the dominion, the participation. To know your destiny with elegance and grace. To create a thriving private world where you can take your initiations to create a world without pain or fear. For you to create a world where there is no pain and no fear. Not a philosophical utopia, not a far-fetched dream. But whenever you dream a dream, genuinely dreaming, you also give yourself the means and the opportunity to take control of your life with a voice to your soul.

The underworld and the creation that your soul speaks of, new forms and old forms, dark and light. The soul’s face can seem frightening and dark because your face seems that way to you. Because your soul’s truths are far more reaching, broader in scope. The soul talks to you, just you. As you can understand what stops you, so you can begin to give voice to your loving soul and it can bring fulfillment, enchanted, cherished, magic and miracles, depth and character. Once the domain is open, your soul can bring you your destiny, elegance and grace, and manifest elegance and grace. Your soul can bring you your initiations, a private world without pain or fear and a world without pain and without fear, once you give your soul’s voice. I am the subconscious, I am the remains, I am the wound, I am the pain, I am the trauma, and I will no longer run from you. Let it embrace you and transform your pain into love. Dive now into your shadow and love your pain. Stretch your soul to find your potential strength.

Although you may not be clear on the message your soul gives, you know you will be. Give voice to your soul by not hiding in the cracks, crevices, and pain of your soul, but by instead rising with your soul through the power of your voice. Within your soul is the book of evolution and all your innate knowledge. Tap into this wisdom and ascend, brothers and sisters. Your soul is urging you to unfold in this lifetime. The soul changes the world through tenderness. Your soul is a feminine energy. It’s not a woman, it is feminine energy, and many women compete with feminine energy. Even though supposedly you have never been taught how to compete, and many men are frightened of their feminine energy, therefore competitive and frightened of your soul, your soul’s light and darkness and new form and old form.

Your soul does speak to you though. Maybe you didn’t hear it yet, but the patterns have been set and the messages have been laid. The morphogenesis, where it is done once and then it is easier the next time, has been put into place. To meet your soul, you want to enter the underworld, whichever method you have to go to the underworld, meditation, journeying, walking in nature. Any method is fine as long as it works for you. Follow the road, then leave the road and come to a safe place such as the temple of souls. It is a very sacred place. Others of you don’t do it this way, that’s okay. There are no prerequisites or a specific set of steps. Grow at your own pace, rhythm, and cadence. Willingness is all that you need to meet your soul. You don’t have to be skilled, just willing in that regard. Go to a sacred place and let the shadows come. It comes in shadows if that is what you are familiar with, that’s what you know, the shadowy figures. Let them all converge, all the dark lights come together, let it take form, let it in time show its hands, lower its head, maybe its head will be bowed. Tops of heads are less threatening. See it there. Then as it lifts its face, is it a man or woman? Here we usually have a mixture of every face we have ever lived into one face. What does your whole soul look like after many lifetimes? Then sit with your soul and let your soul speak. When working with the soul, some people will get it instantly, others will get it over some time. All is well. Look through the eyes of your soul and feel the love your soul has for you. Listen to your soul. Just listen. Your soul will speak of the shadow work. The soul will speak of the pain reflecting your life. The soul will speak of your real star name. The soul will speak of your beauty, power, and destiny. Look into your soul’s eyes and sense the love. The eyes of your soul see you. See through the eyes of your soul. Something is blooming inside your soul that is eager to love you and that is eager to have a voice. That’s why it is so important in such a critical next step.

You each have your own cadence. Your soul guides the rhythm and pattern, but you each have your own cadence. Some of you have a really fast marching cadence and the information comes lickety-split and comes so fast you can barely keep up with it. Oh boy, this is too much. Others of you have much more of a slower cadence, takes its time. Some of you need to sleep on it or go for a long walk or exercise in order to understand it, heal, and have a revelation. You each have your own cadence. Give yourself that. No need to rush. Go at your own pace and remember that.

Giving Voice to Your Soul. I don’t have to do this, but it’s fun, it’s thrilling and exciting. I want to grow and to become more. No one is forcing you. Your reality isn’t demanding it. There are no more shouts and even whispers, but I still want to grow just for the thrill of it. First of all, it can bring you all kinds of success and all kinds of spiritual power, gifts, and abilities, but even more fulfillment, purpose, meaning. That power is valuable and meaningful, where those successes are enriching, fulfilling, and valuable in themselves.

When you give voice to your soul, your life can be filled slowly and more rapidly with more and more enchanted moments and more and more cherished moments. Your life can be filled with all kinds of magic, power, and miracles. Not too much as to scare you. Just a little bit more than a little, but more than that, as you are willing to receive. As you give voice to your soul, your soul can give you depth and the character that struggle used to provide. Yes, those who have known great struggle have developed a great depth and great character. They have used it, and some who have known struggle have been beaten by it. But those such as yourselves who know it have developed character, have developed depth, but your soul given voice can do the same thing. Giving voice to your soul can open you up to the multi-emotional mentality of who you are, to the full range, to more range, to the depth of your emotions. So yes, you may feel greater pain when you are in pain, but you also feel greater joy and more frequent joy when you are there. It will give you a multidimensionality to the many faces of yourself. In this physical realm, you are dealing with, it will give you that sense that you can grow with the thrill of it. Not because you have to or be stuck up against the wall because it is the eleventh hour and you better come out swinging, but instead, it’s thrilling and exciting. I don’t have to do this, but it’s fun, it’s thrilling and exciting. I want to grow and to become more. No one is forcing you, your reality isn’t demanding it, there are no more shouts and even whispers, but I still want to grow just for the thrill of it. Reawaken your soul’s voice and you will speak and write infinite nonstop wisdom.

We invite you to let us guide you so that your soul not only with face can have a voice. We invite you. Passion, creativity, and imagination. Let’s delete a belief, too much passion could be labeled borderline crazy, and I would like to avoid that. Let’s change this on the core, genetic, soul, and history level too. Passion is the life force for my soul, which ignites my creativity, the food, which activates my imagination, the way I speak to my soul. Yes to passion. Give voice to your soul by bringing back the passion, creativity, and imagination of your soul.

You may dream tonight and have dreams like never before. You may wake up in the middle of the night with a realization, a smile, or a gentle sleep and wake in the morning, or maybe when you are brushing your teeth, or in the midst of traffic, all of a sudden, oh my gosh, it’s loud and clear as a bell. I understand now. Revelation. It may take two or three days to understand, that’s okay. It has begun. You have given your soul’s voice. It may take time to develop that voice, but you have given your soul’s voice. Willingness is all that you need to meet your soul. It may take time to develop that voice, but you have given your soul voice. Give voice to your soul and fly. Be the wind, divine soul’s.

By Giving Voice to Your Soul, and You Will Not Only Channel Wisdom, You Will Embody It.

Many people are drawn to channel guides, higher beings, star councils, angels, or future timelines, and for good reason. Channeling outward intelligences can bring extraordinary clarity, wisdom, validation, and insight when the information resonates. These transmissions can be deeply truthful, authoritative, and transformative, and they have helped countless people awaken, heal, and expand their understanding of reality. Yet few realize that the clearest and most sustainable channel does not open outward alone, but inward as well. What is often overlooked is that channeling does not end with receiving information. When the soul is given voice, channeling shifts from transmission to embodiment. The guidance still arrives, but it lands differently. It integrates into the body, the nervous system, and lived experience. Channeling begins to feel less like listening to something external and more like remembering something essential. Not because the source is superior, but because the soul is where truth becomes personal, grounded, and usable. The soul does not speak in thought the way the ego does. It does not argue, persuade, or negotiate. The soul speaks through imagination, sensation, resonance, imagery, emotion, and knowing. It speaks through what moves you, what stirs you, what quietly insists beneath logic. Many people believe they do not hear their soul, but the truth is simpler and more uncomfortable. Its language has been denied. Imagination was dismissed. Passion was muted. Creativity was starved. And without its language, the soul appears silent. In adolescence, passion was ignited because the soul needed to introduce its fire. Then, for most, that fire was reduced to embers. This was not a mistake. The soul withdrew its flame so that one day it could be reclaimed consciously. But instead of reclaiming it, many concluded they had no passion, no creativity, no voice. This belief calcified. Over time, the ego spoke louder, and the soul learned to wait. When the soul is not present, the channel can still function, but it often lacks embodiment. Messages may arrive clearly, yet remain abstract, difficult to live, or easy to outsource. When the soul speaks, there is a different quality. There is gravity. There is warmth. There is humility paired with certainty. The soul does not shout. It does not convince. It reveals. Channeling through the soul brings coherence because the soul carries your lived wisdom across lifetimes, not borrowed insight. The soul also speaks through shadow. Darkness is not the message, but it carries the message. Many run from the underworld before standing long enough to hear what it is shaping. The soul brings old wounds not to punish, but to transform them into new forms. When you give voice to the soul, pain no longer needs to escalate to be heard. The message arrives earlier, softer, and clearer. To channel through the soul, you must cultivate its language. This may be writing, music, walking in nature, drawing, poetry, stillness, or movement. There is no single method. What matters is consistency and reverence.

The soul speaks where it is welcomed. When you give it a way to speak, it will use that channel again and again. As the soul gains voice, something subtle but profound occurs. Channeling shifts from receiving guidance to embodying authority.

The Higher Self becomes a megaphone for the soul rather than a substitute for it. Guidance becomes aligned rather than fragmented. You are no longer translating messages. You are becoming the message. When the soul speaks through you, channeling becomes grounded, ethical, creative, and alive. It carries compassion without sentimentality and truth without force. It does not demand belief. It invites recognition.

This is why awakening the soul’s voice is not optional for deep channeling. It is the foundation.

Give voice to your soul, and you will not only channel wisdom, you will live it. Give Voice to Your Soul and the Channel Deepens. Let the soul be a part of your team again. It is not better than your Higher Self, nor is your Higher Self better than it is. But it is there with its many faces. The soul holds secrets that only it can reveal, even though certainly we could assume your Higher Self, being who it is, knowing all, knows those secrets. But there are secrets of the soul that can only be learned from the soul, not because they have priority or hierarchy, but because the soul has the resonance, the energy, the essence that comes to live with those secrets.

During trance channeling, many different intelligences can speak through the channel. Some people are drawn to channel guides, councils, extraterrestrial, Galactic families, or interdimensional beings. Others prefer to work with what arises from within their own continuum of consciousness, such as the soul or the Higher Self. Both approaches are valid. The soul and the Higher Self can function as guiding intelligences and may be among the most stable sources a channel can work with. However, the purpose of this volume is not to analyze the deeper architecture of soul or Higher Self communication. That level of exploration belongs to other teachings. Here the focus remains on the mechanics of trance itself. Whether the channel allows the soul, the Higher Self, or another guiding intelligence to speak, the core skill is the same: stabilizing the trance state and allowing consciousness to move through the body without interference.

One useful way to understand this area is to recognize that trance channeling does not happen in a vacant interior. The human being is not an empty vessel waiting for something outside to arrive and take over. There is already an inner architecture of consciousness present before any guide makes contact. The soul carries depth, memory, resonance, and meaning. The Higher Self carries orientation, regulation, and a broader field of coherence. Because of this, trance contact is rarely a simple event of “something else speaking.” It is more often a meeting between layers of intelligence, some arising from within the being’s own continuum and some arriving from beyond it. The maturity of the channel depends not only on openness to contact, but on learning to recognize the difference between these layers without collapsing them into one undifferentiated voice.

This is why discernment matters so deeply in trance work. A message may be true, but its source still matters. Soul communication often carries symbolic depth, emotional resonance, and a sense of personal destiny or unfinished inner truth. Higher Self communication often carries steadiness, clarity, and a regulating intelligence that restores perspective. External guide contact may bring teaching, energy, or a distinct presence that feels other than the self, yet still must move through the channel’s internal structure in order to become usable. None of these forms of contact need to be placed in competition. The issue is not which is superior. The issue is whether the channel can recognize what is actually happening, so that trust becomes cleaner and the contact becomes more stable.

Another important point is that true guidance does not weaken the being. It strengthens the being’s relationship with truth. Contact that is healthy does not encourage dependency, inflation, or confusion. It tends to deepen responsibility, humility, and self-recognition. Over time, the best guidance does not move the person further away from themselves, but further into alignment with what is deepest and most real within them. This is one of the signs that the channel is maturing. The person no longer seeks contact only for novelty, reassurance, or spectacle. They begin to value coherence more than intensity, and truth more than performance.

As this discernment develops, another realization begins to emerge. The channel starts to see that contact is not only something that happens between themselves and a guide, or between themselves and a deeper aspect of consciousness. It is also revealing something fundamental about what the human being already is.

The more clearly the channel learns to distinguish the voices moving through the field, the more they begin to recognize that consciousness itself is structured for reception, transmission, and expression.

This prepares the ground for the next part of the chapter, where the focus shifts from identifying sources of contact to understanding the human being as a channeling instrument in its own right. From there we move into the next principle: I AM a Channeled Being.

✨ Higher Self as Your Inner Guide

✨ Higher Self as Your Inner Guide

Daily Inspirational Write-Up For Tuesday March 10

Many people believe that guidance must come from somewhere outside of themselves. They imagine a distant teacher, a spirit guide far away, or a voice descending from above. Yet one of the most profound realizations in spiritual development is that the first and most immediate guide is already within you. This guiding presence is what we call the Higher Self.

The Higher Self functions as a bridge between the human personality and the greater field of intelligence from which consciousness arises. The higher self is the megaphone for the soul. Through this bridge, guidance, intuition, and expanded perception begin to flow.

The development of this connection often begins in an unexpected place: the inner child. The childlike quality of curiosity, wonder, and imagination is the first doorway to the multidimensional self. Children naturally explore reality through symbols, dreams, and play. They are less confined by rigid definitions of what is possible. When life experiences, emotional wounds, or social conditioning suppress this childlike openness, the bridge to deeper perception becomes more difficult to access. Healing the inner child therefore restores the first pathway toward higher awareness.

As this bridge begins to rebuild, the next stage emerges through cognition. Cognition refers to the processes of perception, memory, reasoning, and understanding. The mind becomes capable of recognizing patterns and meaning beyond ordinary interpretation. Through this cognitive phase, the individual begins to notice the presence of the Higher Self communicating through subtle signals.

These signals may appear as intuitive feelings, sudden insights, symbols, colors, dreams, or synchronistic events. They may arrive through a conversation with another person, a line in a book, a moment of quiet reflection, or a sudden knowing that seems to emerge from nowhere. The Higher Self communicates through the language of consciousness itself.

What makes this process so powerful is that the Higher Self functions as a translator. Much of the intelligence that exists beyond ordinary awareness does not operate in the linear language of human thought. Instead, it appears as patterns of meaning, energetic impressions, or symbolic forms. The Higher Self translates these signals into forms the personality can understand.

This translation may come through images, geometric shapes, colors, or sensations. A spinning wheel, a triangle, a star, or a field of light may appear in meditation. These images are not random fantasies. They are symbolic bridges that allow the mind to begin recognizing deeper layers of reality.

For many people, the first encounter with the Higher Self feels subtle. It may appear as a feeling of guidance rather than a voice. It may feel like a gentle certainty that arises beneath ordinary thinking. Over time, as trust develops, the communication becomes clearer.

Trust is an essential element of this relationship. Doubt often reflects the degree of separation a person feels from their deeper nature. The more a person learns to trust the signals of the Higher Self, the more stable the connection becomes.

This connection also shifts how a person understands their life. When the Higher Self becomes active in awareness, identity expands beyond the narrow perspective of the ego. The personality begins to recognize itself as one expression of a much larger field of consciousness.

The Higher Self is not separate from who you are. It is the expanded version of yourself that holds the accumulated wisdom of your soul’s journey. It understands the deeper patterns of your life and the experiences that are guiding your growth.

Because of this, the Higher Self often communicates through intuition and synchronicity. You may think of someone and suddenly receive a message from them. You may open a book randomly and find the exact words you needed to hear. These moments are not accidents. They are signals from the deeper layers of awareness guiding your attention.

As the connection strengthens, the Higher Self begins to influence many areas of life. Creativity expands. Healing abilities may develop. Sensitivity to subtle energy increases. The individual may become more aware of the emotional and energetic states of others.

This expanded awareness can feel overwhelming at first, but it also brings a deeper sense of purpose and connection. The Higher Self operates through love, coherence, and harmony. When you align with it, your life gradually begins to reflect those qualities.

Working with the Higher Self also changes the way challenges are experienced. Difficult emotions such as fear or doubt no longer dominate awareness in the same way. Instead of reacting to them, the individual learns to observe them, understand them, and transform them through compassion.

In this sense, the Higher Self becomes both a guide and a teacher. It encourages growth while supporting the stability of the personality. It invites the individual to expand beyond old limitations while remaining grounded in everyday life.

The ultimate realization is that the Higher Self is not a distant ideal to reach someday. It is an aspect of consciousness already present within you. Every moment of love, creativity, insight, or genuine compassion is an expression of that higher awareness moving through the human form.

As this understanding deepens, channeling itself begins to change. The practitioner no longer experiences guidance as something arriving from outside. Instead, they recognize that the human being is a living instrument through which consciousness continually expresses itself.

The Higher Self stands at the center of this process. It is the guiding intelligence that helps translate the greater field of awareness into the language of human life.

When the connection is cultivated with patience, trust, and sincerity, the Higher Self becomes one of the most powerful allies on the path of spiritual growth.

And through that relationship, the individual begins to remember who they truly are.

The Soul as the Filter of Channeling

🌌 The Soul as the Filter of Channeling

Daily Inspirational Write-Up For Monday March 9

Objective of this section:

To explain that all trance communication reaches human awareness through the soul first, which receives, filters, translates, and stabilizes incoming transmissions before they reach conscious expression.

When discussing trance channeling, many people imagine that a guide speaks directly into the human mind. In practice, the process is far more structured and far more intelligent than that simple picture suggests. Communication from non-physical intelligences does not arrive as words entering the brain. Transmission moves through layers of consciousness, and the first receptive layer within the human being is the soul itself.

In the architecture of trance contact, the soul acts as the primary receiving field. Any message, frequency, impression, or stream of awareness coming from a guide, a higher intelligence, or a non-physical teacher first meets the soul before it ever approaches the thinking mind. The soul receives the transmission in its original energetic form. Only after that reception occurs does the message begin the process of translation into thought, feeling, imagery, language, or intuitive knowing.

This is why two different channels can receive communication from the same level of intelligence yet express it in completely different ways. The source frequency may be identical, but the soul of each channel translates that frequency according to its own history, emotional development, symbolic language, and spiritual maturity. The soul is not merely a passive doorway. It is an active interpreter.

For this reason, a healthy relationship connection with your soul is one of the most important foundations of stable trance channeling. If the relationship between the personality and the soul is weak, fragmented, or ignored, the transmission path becomes unstable. Messages may feel distorted, fragmented, or inconsistent because the layer responsible for translation is not fully integrated with the conscious mind.

When the soul and the conscious personality are aligned, the translation process becomes far more fluid. Transmission can move smoothly from the source intelligence, through the soul, and into conscious awareness without excessive interference from emotional turbulence, mental noise, or identity conflict. The channel becomes less like a loudspeaker and more like a well-tuned instrument capable of carrying subtle frequencies without distortion.

This understanding also clarifies a confusion that often appears among beginning channels. Many people believe that they must silence the soul in order to hear a guide. In reality, the opposite is true. The clearer and deeper the connection to your soul, the clearer the connection to external guidance becomes. The soul is not an obstacle between the channel and higher intelligence. The soul is the translator that makes communication possible.

In practical terms, this means that strengthening the relationship with one’s own soul is not separate from the development of trance channeling. It is part of the same path. The soul holds the deeper memory of why a person came into this life, the agreements that shape their experiences, and the inner orientation that keeps the channel aligned with truth rather than fantasy.

Because the soul performs this filtering role, it also provides a natural stabilizing function. Not every frequency approaching a human channel is appropriate for the personality to receive directly.

The soul mediates the intensity of the transmission so that the nervous system and the conscious mind can integrate it safely. Without this filtering layer, many transmissions would arrive with an intensity that overwhelms the body or destabilizes the mind.

The soul therefore performs three simultaneous functions in trance communication. It receives the incoming frequency. It translates that frequency into forms the human mind can understand. And it regulates the intensity of the transmission so that it can be integrated into human consciousness without harm.

When channels learn to recognize this process, their relationship with the experience of channeling changes. Instead of attempting to force contact or control the message, the channel learns to trust the internal architecture through which communication already flows. The soul is not something separate from the process of channeling. It is the central gateway through which the process becomes possible.

Understanding this principle establishes a foundation for everything that follows in the study of trance channeling. Before exploring guides, trance states, or deeper forms of overshadowing, the channel must recognize the structure of contact itself. Transmission flows through the soul. The soul filters the message. Conscious awareness receives the translated form.

Once this structure is understood, the path of trance development becomes far more coherent. The channel is no longer attempting to reach outward blindly into unseen worlds. Instead, they are learning to cooperate with an internal system of reception that has always existed within them.

The soul, in this sense, is not only the translator of communication. It is the living bridge between the human personality and the larger field of intelligence that surrounds and permeates existence.

One way to understand the filtering role of the soul is to imagine that consciousness operates across several layers of perception simultaneously. The physical mind is designed to navigate the material world. It processes language, memory, and decision-making at the level required for daily survival. The soul, however, functions at a far wider bandwidth of awareness. It can recognize meaning, patterns, and energetic signals that the ordinary mind cannot yet interpret. When transmission arrives from beyond the physical plane, it first enters the wider field of the soul because that field has the capacity to receive it without distortion.

Transmission itself rarely arrives as sentences or spoken language. It appears first as a condensed meaning. It may be felt as a complete idea, a field of emotion, a visual pattern, or a sudden knowing that carries more information than words alone could hold. The soul absorbs that condensed signal and gradually releases it toward the conscious mind in a form that the personality can understand. This process often feels to the channel like an insight rising from deep within rather than a voice arriving from outside. What the channel experiences as language is therefore the final stage of a much deeper movement of intelligence.

This is why patience and stillness are so important in the early development of trance communication. If the mind immediately attempts to seize the transmission and force it into clear language, the translation process becomes rushed and incomplete. When the mind relaxes and allows the soul time to unfold the signal, the meaning surfaces more clearly and with greater coherence. What begins as a subtle impression gradually becomes a sentence, an image, or a line of teaching that carries the full weight of the original transmission.

Another aspect of this filtering process involves emotional maturity. The soul not only translates incoming frequencies but also evaluates how much of the message the personality is ready to integrate. Certain transmissions may contain implications that challenge long-held beliefs or require the channel to grow beyond previous limitations. If the personality is not prepared to receive that level of change, the soul may soften or partially translate the message so that the individual can approach it step by step. In this sense the soul protects the stability of the personality while still allowing growth to occur.

Over time, as the relationship between the conscious self and the soul strengthens, the filtering process becomes increasingly transparent. Messages pass through with less resistance because the conscious mind has learned to trust the deeper intelligence guiding the translation. The channel no longer struggles to determine whether a transmission is real or imagined. Instead, they recognize the distinctive feeling of a signal moving through the soul — a quality of clarity, coherence, and inner authority that differs from ordinary thought.

This gradual refinement of the filtering process also changes the way the channel perceives their own identity. They begin to sense that the personality is not the origin of the message but the instrument through which the message becomes audible in the world. The soul stands at the center of this movement, holding the bridge between the human experience and the wider field of intelligence that surrounds it.

When the soul performs its role clearly, channeling becomes less dramatic and more natural. The process resembles a steady stream rather than an abrupt interruption of consciousness. Guidance emerges quietly, woven into the flow of awareness. The channel recognizes that what they are experiencing is not an intrusion from outside but a collaboration between the deeper self and the broader currents of intelligence that move through the universe.

Through this lens, the soul is not merely a translator standing between two realms. It is the living mediator of contact. Every message that reaches the human mind has already passed through its field of awareness, been shaped by its wisdom, and been adjusted to the rhythm of the individual life through which it will be expressed. Understanding this role deepens respect for the soul’s presence and invites the channel to cultivate a relationship with it that is patient, attentive, and deeply cooperative.

As the filtering function of the soul becomes clearer, another layer of the contact architecture begins to reveal itself. The soul receives and translates the incoming transmission, but within the hierarchy of consciousness there exists a guiding intelligence that stands closer to the original design of the being. This intelligence is often referred to as the Higher Self. While the soul performs the role of translator and stabilizer for incoming communication, the Higher Self operates as an orienting presence and the mega phone for the soul that helps direct the flow of contact toward the purposes of growth, alignment, and evolution.

In practical terms, the Higher Self acts as a governing layer in the communication process. It holds the broader awareness of the individual’s path, agreements, and developmental trajectory, and therefore participates in shaping which transmissions are emphasized, softened, or allowed to reach conscious awareness at a given moment. When a guide makes contact, the communication does not bypass this layer. Instead, the Higher Self helps regulate the interaction, ensuring that what arrives through the soul is coherent with the deeper direction of the individual life. Understanding this relationship brings us naturally to the next dimension of the Law of Contact: the role of the Higher Self as the immediate guide-layer that stands between the soul and the wider field of guiding intelligence.

🌿 Lifestyle Preparation Before Contact ✨

🌿 Lifestyle Preparation Before Contact ✨

Daily Inspirational Write-Up For Sunday March 8

Objective of this section:

To explain how the lifestyle, habits, and daily patterns of the channeler influence the stability, clarity, and longevity of trance channeling, and why preparation for trance ultimately extends beyond individual sessions into the structure of one’s life.

Lifestyle preparation is often overlooked by beginners because the early focus is placed on techniques: how to relax the body, how to prepare the environment, how to raise frequency, and how to clear emotional and mental static. These elements are essential, but over time the channeler discovers something deeper. The quality of trance is influenced not only by what happens during a session, but by how the practitioner lives between sessions. The body, mind, and emotional field are not reset each time trance begins. They carry the patterns of daily life with them into the channeling state.

For this reason, trance channeling gradually becomes less about isolated moments of practice and more about the cultivation of a stable life structure that supports the work. The channeler learns to pay attention to the rhythms of sleep, nourishment, physical energy, and emotional balance. A body that is chronically exhausted, overstimulated, or depleted will struggle to maintain the steady awareness required for trance. Likewise, a mind that is constantly flooded with distraction or agitation will find it difficult to settle into the receptive stillness where subtle communication becomes clear.

Raising one’s frequency before channeling is not merely a momentary action. It is supported by the condition of the body and the vitality of the nervous system. Physical movement, proper nourishment, breathing practices, and time spent in calm environments all contribute to maintaining a level of energy that allows the trance state to stabilize more easily. When the body carries sufficient vitality, the practitioner can sustain the altered state without quickly becoming fatigued or mentally clouded. In this way, the daily care of the body becomes part of the architecture that supports the channel.

Equally important is the emotional condition of the practitioner. Unprocessed emotional patterns, unresolved conflicts, and repeated cycles of stress can create turbulence in the inner field. This turbulence does not disappear simply because the practitioner sits down to channel. Instead, it tends to surface during the attempt to enter trance, interrupting the clarity of perception or pulling awareness back toward personal concerns. Over time the channeler learns that emotional maturity and self-honesty are not optional qualities in this work. They are stabilizing forces that allow the channel to remain clear and undistorted.

The practitioner also begins to recognize that lifestyle choices influence the sensitivity of perception. Excessive stimulation, chaotic environments, constant digital engagement, or heavy emotional drama can dull the subtle awareness required for trance communication. When the senses are constantly overwhelmed, the quieter signals of guidance become more difficult to recognize. Many experienced channels gradually simplify aspects of their lives, not out of spiritual idealism, but because they observe that clarity improves when the nervous system is not continually overloaded.

Consistency also plays a significant role in lifestyle preparation. Channeling develops through repetition and familiarity. Just as the body becomes stronger through repeated physical training, the channel becomes clearer through steady engagement with the process. Regular practice conditions the mind and body to recognize the state of receptivity more easily. Over time, the transition into trance becomes smoother and more natural because the nervous system has learned the pathway through repeated experience.

Patience becomes another essential quality in this stage of development. Many students initially approach channeling with urgency, hoping to reach deep states of communication quickly. Yet the deeper capacities of trance unfold gradually.

The body must learn to relax without collapsing into sleep. The mind must learn to soften without losing awareness. The emotional field must learn to remain calm while subtle impressions move through it. These abilities mature through time and repeated practice rather than through force.

As the practitioner continues this path, channeling begins to shape the direction of life itself. Habits that create clarity are strengthened. Patterns that generate confusion or instability are gradually released. The practitioner becomes more attentive to the environments, relationships, and activities that support inner balance. In this way, the work of channeling slowly extends beyond the trance session and becomes woven into everyday living.

Eventually the channeler recognizes that the most reliable preparation for trance is a balanced life. When the body is rested, the mind is clear, and the emotional field is steady, the vessel is already close to the receptive state required for communication. The practitioner no longer needs to struggle to force the trance state to appear. Instead, the conditions that support it are already present.

At this stage, trance channeling ceases to feel like a rare or dramatic event. It becomes a natural extension of a well-ordered inner life. The practitioner learns to move between ordinary awareness and receptive awareness with increasing ease, because the foundation supporting that transition has been carefully cultivated through daily living.

For this reason, lifestyle preparation is not a secondary consideration in trance channeling. It is the long-term foundation that allows the vessel to remain clear, stable, and capable of sustaining deeper levels of communication over time.

One of the deeper realizations that develops with experience is that trance channeling does not truly begin when you sit down to enter trance. It begins long before that moment. It begins in the tone of your daily life. The nervous system remembers the rhythm you live in. If your days are rushed, reactive, and filled with tension, that same internal momentum will follow you into the channeling state. The mind does not suddenly become silent simply because you ask it to. It carries the imprint of your habits.

For this reason, the experienced practitioner gradually shifts their attention toward cultivating a life that naturally supports stillness. This does not require withdrawing from the world or becoming ascetic. It simply means learning to recognize what strengthens clarity and what fragments it. Some activities sharpen perception, deepen breathing, and steady the emotional field. Others scatter attention and keep the nervous system in a state of constant stimulation. Over time, the channeler begins to feel this difference very clearly.

Another aspect of lifestyle preparation involves learning to conserve inner energy. Many people unknowingly dissipate large amounts of mental and emotional energy throughout the day through worry, arguments, overthinking, and unnecessary stress. When the moment arrives to enter trance, they discover that the reservoir of attention required to sustain the state is already depleted.

A practitioner who understands the demands of channeling begins to guard their inner resources more carefully. They become selective about where their attention goes and what emotional states they repeatedly inhabit.

The cultivation of simplicity often emerges naturally from this understanding. The more refined the practitioner’s perception becomes, the more they recognize how strongly subtle awareness responds to the conditions of life. Excessive noise, constant urgency, or chaotic environments make it harder for the inner senses to remain open. A simpler rhythm of living allows the subtle layers of perception to remain accessible without constant effort.

Eventually, lifestyle preparation becomes less about discipline and more about alignment. The channeler begins to notice that when life is balanced, when emotional conflicts are addressed honestly, and when the body is treated with respect, the channeling state appears with far less resistance and friction. The vessel feels ready more often. The transition into trance becomes smoother. The practitioner realizes that the most powerful preparation for contact is not a single technique performed before the session, but the ongoing cultivation of a life that supports clarity of consciousness.

Clearing Emotional & Mental Static Before You Channel

🧠✨ Clearing Emotional & Mental Static Before You Channel

Daily Inspirational Write-Up For Sat March 7

Objective of this section:

To explain how emotional disturbances, unresolved feelings, and uncontrolled mental activity create interference in the channeling field, and why clearing this inner static is necessary before entering the trance state.

When a channel prepares to enter trance, the state of their emotional and mental field becomes extremely important. Trance channeling operates through subtle perception, and subtle perception requires clarity. If the emotional body is turbulent or the mind is filled with noise, the signal of guidance becomes difficult to perceive. The channel is not simply listening with the ears or thinking with the intellect. The channel is receiving a transmission of frequency and translating that frequency into human awareness. For this reason, emotional and mental static must be cleared before attempting to open the channel.

Many students believe that channeling difficulty comes from a lack of spiritual ability, but very often the issue is much simpler. The emotional field is crowded. Thoughts are racing.

Unprocessed feelings are rising to the surface. In this state, the mind begins interpreting everything that arises rather than receiving it. When this happens, the guidance becomes mixed with personal reactions, fears, expectations, or internal dialogue.

Unprocessed emotions are one of the most common forms of interference in the channeling state. Anger, fear, shame, worry, dread, self pity, and resentment can dominate the inner landscape and block the quiet awareness required for clear reception. When strong emotional charge is present, the channel’s attention becomes pulled into the emotion rather than resting in receptive stillness. The connection then becomes unstable or breaks entirely. This is why emotional maturity and inner work are foundational for anyone who wishes to channel consistently.

A simple way to understand this is to think of channeling like receiving a signal. When the emotional body is agitated, the signal becomes distorted. When the emotional body is calm and clear, the signal becomes easier to receive. Emotional charge functions like static on a radio frequency. The message may still be present, but it becomes difficult to hear clearly through the interference.

For this reason, a channel learns not to enter trance while emotionally overwhelmed. If strong emotions are active, they should be acknowledged and allowed to settle before attempting to open the connection. Trying to channel while emotionally triggered often leads to confusion or to messages that are colored by personal reaction rather than genuine transmission.

Mental noise creates a similar problem. When the mind is excessively active, analyzing every sensation and thought, it prevents the deeper awareness required for trance. Channeling does not emerge from mental strain. It emerges from a state of relaxed attention where the mind becomes quiet enough for subtler impressions to arise.

This does not mean the mind must be completely empty. The mind remains present during trance channeling, but it becomes cooperative rather than dominant. Instead of trying to control the process, the mind becomes a translator for the incoming signal. When mental chatter subsides, this translation becomes clearer and more accurate.

Another common form of static appears when a student enters channeling with emotional attachment to a particular answer. When the outcome of the message matters too much, the mind begins pushing toward a desired result. The guidance then becomes filtered through expectation. This is why beginners are often encouraged to begin with simple questions that carry little emotional charge. When the question is neutral, the channel can remain relaxed and receptive.

Over time, as emotional healing deepens and mental discipline develops, the channel becomes more stable. Emotional waves no longer dominate the inner space. Thoughts no longer rush in to control the process. Instead, the channel learns to remain calm, steady, and attentive while the transmission unfolds.

Clearing emotional and mental static is therefore not a one-time step. It is an ongoing practice in the life of a channel. As a person heals their emotional patterns, releases rigid beliefs, and learns to quiet the mind, the channel naturally becomes clearer. The ability to receive guidance improves not through force, but through refinement of the inner environment.

This stage of preparation teaches the channel an important truth: the clearer the inner field becomes, the easier it is for guidance to reach them. When emotional turbulence subsides and the mind becomes calm, the signal of the soul, the Higher Self, and guiding intelligence can move through the vessel with far greater clarity.

For this reason, clearing emotional and mental static is not separate from channeling development. It is part of the channeling path itself. As the inner landscape becomes calmer, clearer, and more balanced, the channel naturally becomes capable of receiving deeper levels of transmission.

When the inner world becomes quiet, something remarkable begins to happen. The subtle field of awareness becomes far more sensitive, almost like adjusting the dial of a radio until the signal suddenly becomes clear. In ordinary life, the mind is accustomed to operating inside noise. Thoughts overlap with emotions, reactions collide with memories, and awareness is constantly pulled in multiple directions. In such a state, the deeper currents of perception are easily drowned out. When the emotional field is cleared and the mind settles, however, the signal that was always present begins to emerge from beneath the static.

One could say that the work of clearing emotional and mental static is not about forcing silence, but about restoring transparency within the inner field. The clearer the inner atmosphere becomes, the more easily consciousness can perceive subtler movements of intuition, presence, and guidance.

Psychological research has shown that emotional states strongly influence perception and attention. Highly charged emotions can dominate awareness and interfere with the ability to process other signals clearly. In other words, when emotional intensity floods the mind, the system becomes preoccupied with that signal and loses sensitivity to other incoming information.

Practices that cultivate calm awareness have been shown to strengthen emotional regulation and attention control, allowing the mind to observe experience more objectively rather than reacting impulsively to it. This shift from reaction to observation is deeply relevant to trance channeling. When the practitioner learns to remain calm in the presence of thoughts and emotions, the inner field stabilizes. Instead of being pulled into every passing wave of feeling or mental commentary, awareness becomes steady and receptive.

In that steadiness, perception deepens. The channel begins to notice subtler movements that were previously overlooked: a quiet impression, a gentle inner knowing, a shift in feeling that carries meaning without words. These signals do not usually appear dramatically. They arise quietly, like a whisper within the field of awareness. Only when the inner environment becomes calm enough can those whispers be heard clearly.

Another refinement begins to occur at this stage of development. The practitioner discovers that thoughts and emotions themselves are not the enemy of the channel. They are simply movements within consciousness. When they are resisted, they create turbulence. When they are observed and allowed to pass naturally, the mind regains its clarity. In this way, the practitioner learns to let thoughts drift through awareness without grasping them, much like clouds moving across the sky.

Over time, this discipline transforms the practitioner’s relationship with the inner world. Instead of struggling against thoughts and emotions, the channel develops a stable center of awareness beneath them. From that still center, perception becomes far more refined. The signal of intuition, guidance, and higher knowing begins to stand out naturally against the quiet background of consciousness.

What initially appears to be a simple act of calming the mind eventually reveals itself as a profound refinement of perception. The clearer the inner field becomes, the more sensitive the practitioner becomes to subtle shifts in awareness. In this clarity, trance channeling no longer feels like reaching for something distant. It feels like allowing a deeper layer of consciousness to speak through a vessel that has become quiet enough to listen.

What the channel gradually discovers is that clearing emotional and mental static is not only a preparation for trance sessions; it becomes a way of living. The more the practitioner refines their inner state throughout daily life, the less interference appears when the moment of channeling arrives.

Modern research on attention and perception shows that emotional intensity and mental noise can interfere with cognitive clarity and attentional focus, while calm regulation allows the mind to process signals more accurately. In other words, the inner atmosphere you cultivate during ordinary life becomes the same atmosphere through which guidance must travel. A turbulent life produces a turbulent signal. A steady life produces a clear one. For this reason, the preparation for trance eventually expands beyond individual sessions and begins shaping the practitioner’s habits, rhythms, relationships, and daily choices.

When the life itself becomes calmer, more balanced, and more aligned, the channel no longer needs to fight constantly to clear the field before contact. The vessel is already prepared. This broader refinement of life is the next stage of preparation for the channel.

Raising the Channeling Frequency Through Love

Raising the Channeling Frequency Through Love

Daily Inspirational Write-Up For Friday March 6

To explain how the channeler raises their frequency through the cultivation of genuine love, establishing the energetic condition that allows trance contact to occur safely and clearly.

Before a channel enters trance, the vessel must come into harmony with the frequency through which guidance speaks. This harmony is not achieved through effort, strain, or intellectual focus. It arises through the opening of the heart. Love is the stabilizing frequency of the higher realms, and the more deeply a channeler embodies love, the more naturally the channel aligns with the soul, the Higher Self, and guiding intelligences.

Raising vibration is therefore not an abstract mystical concept. It is the lived practice of allowing love to circulate freely through one’s being.

When the heart opens, the entire energetic system becomes more alive. A sense of aliveness begins to spread through the body and consciousness expands beyond its usual limits. The channeler feels more spacious inside themselves, less contracted, less defensive, less guarded. This expansion is the movement from resistance into participation with the greater flow of life. Love is not resistance to the universe. Love is cooperation with it. In this state the channeler becomes receptive rather than forceful, and the field required for trance contact begins to stabilize.

At the center of this teaching is a principle that many beginners misunderstand. Raising vibration does not mean attempting to eliminate every uncomfortable thought or emotion before channeling. It does not mean pretending to be spiritually perfect or emotionally pure or completely mentally pure. In truth, the attempt to suppress parts of oneself creates contraction, and contraction lowers the channel’s frequency. The pathway to higher vibration is not rejection of the human experience. It is love for the whole of it.

The channeler learns to love themselves completely before attempting to open the trance state. This includes loving the parts of oneself that feel confident and peaceful, but also the parts that feel doubtful, insecure, uncertain, dreadful or afraid. Even emotions that are normally labeled as negative must be met with acceptance. Anger, doubt, shame, and insecurity do not disappear through denial, rejection and suppression. They transform when they are brought into the field of compassion, love and understanding. The channeler learns to meet these states with patience and grace rather than hostility.

If a difficult thought arises while preparing to channel, the correct response is not to fight it. Fighting thoughts gives them more energy and anchors them deeper in the mind. Instead, the channeler acknowledges the thought and surrounds it with defining moments of love and kindness. In this way the thought is not reinforced, nor is it suppressed. It simply dissolves within a larger field of acceptance and allowance. What once appeared as an obstacle becomes a hurdling opportunity to widen the heart frequency. When this is practiced sincerely, the channeler’s consciousness expands and the vibration naturally rises.

This transformation of internal experience is one of the most important foundations of trance channeling. The channeler does not attempt to become an idealized perfect spiritual personality. The channeler becomes an honest, humble and dignified human being who holds every part of themselves with compassion, grace, kindness and love. In doing so, the nervous system relaxes, emotional turbulence settles, and the energetic field becomes smoother and more coherent. This coherence allows subtle frequencies to be perceived and transmitted more easily.

Love must also extend beyond the inner life of the channeler. It must begin to radiate outward toward the environment and toward other people. A channeler does not enter trance as an isolated individual attempting to extract information from unseen realms. The channeler enters trance as a participant in a field of relationship. When the channeler holds others in sincere goodwill, their energy field expands and becomes more stable. The surrounding atmosphere changes as well, becoming calmer and more receptive.

This principle becomes especially important when working with others. People often approach a channel during moments of confusion, urgency, fear, or emotional pain. If the channeler reacts to these emotions with irritation, judgment, or impatience, the energetic field contracts immediately and the channel weakens. But if the channeler meets those states with patience and understanding, the atmosphere shifts. The client begins to relax, the emotional charge softens, and the conditions for accurate transmission return.

The channeler therefore learns to hold a simple inner posture toward others: a recognition that every person is doing the best they can with the awareness they currently possess. Instead of attempting to correct or criticize the client’s behavior, the channeler focuses on maintaining a steady field of goodwill and love. This does not mean agreeing with everything a person says or does. It means holding them in dignity and compassion while the channeling process unfolds.

Love also stabilizes the channeler when confronted with hostility or misunderstanding. There will be moments when others appear impatient, doubtful, or even rude. These reactions are usually expressions of pain rather than true hostility. If the channeler responds defensively, the connection to the higher field becomes unstable. But if the channeler remains centered and silently offers compassion, the interaction often changes direction. The client’s nervous system begins to settle and the transmission becomes clearer.

Through repeated practice, the channeler begins to understand that love is not merely an emotion. It is a field condition. It is the energetic environment in which the Higher Self, the soul, and guiding intelligences communicate most easily. Every moment of kindness, forgiveness, patience, and goodwill strengthens that field. Each moment of resentment or superiority weakens and distorts it.

This includes subtle forms of spiritual ego pride. When a channel begins to grow in ability, it can be tempting to feel more advanced or more evolved than others. This attitude immediately contracts the heart and reduces the vibration of the field. Genuine higher awareness recognizes equality among all souls. Each person develops at a different pace and expresses wisdom in different ways. When the channeler maintains humility and respect toward others, the field remains open and the channel remains clear.

The principle of vibrational resonance also becomes increasingly visible in the life of the channeler. People, opportunities, and experiences begin to organize themselves according to the quality of the channeler’s energy and energetic foot print or signature. When the heart is open and the vibration is steady, the channeler tends to attract individuals who are ready for deeper awareness and sincere growth. When the heart closes, the surrounding environment reflects that contraction as well. In this sense, raising vibration through love is not only preparation for trance. It is a reorganization of one’s entire life.

Over time the channeler discovers that love regenerates vitality within the body as well as within the subtle field. A loving state increases life force, strengthens resilience, and brings the system into balance. When love circulates freely through the body and mind, the channeler becomes capable of holding more energy without strain. This expanded capacity is essential for stable trance states.

In this way the practice of raising vibration through love becomes a daily discipline rather than a temporary technique. The channeler cultivates kindness in ordinary interactions, patience in moments of difficulty, and forgiveness toward themselves when they fall short of their own ideals. Each act of compassion refines the vessel further.

Eventually the channeler realizes something profound. The state required for trance channeling is not separate from the highest qualities of human character. Love, humility, patience, and goodwill are not moral decorations placed upon spiritual practice. They are the very conditions that allow the channel to exist at all.

When the heart is open and the vibration is stable, the channeler stands at the threshold of the deeper states of consciousness where trance communication becomes possible.

One of the deeper realizations that emerges as a channeler matures is that love does not merely elevate one’s emotional state. It stabilizes the entire system through which the transmission occurs. When a person genuinely enters a state of compassion, warmth, and goodwill, the nervous system shifts from defensive vigilance into a more regulated and cooperative mode.

Modern research shows that compassion and loving-kindness states increase positive emotional activity and resilience while reducing stress responses in the body, allowing individuals to remain calm and receptive even in the presence of difficulty.

This shift is significant for trance channeling. When the nervous system is dominated by tension, fear, or irritation, the mind becomes reactive and fragmented. The awareness repeatedly snaps back toward self-protection and external monitoring.

In contrast, a loving state broadens attention and softens the internal dialogue. The channeler’s perception becomes quieter and more spacious. It is within this expanded field of attention that subtle impressions and transmissions can begin to be perceived.

Love also influences the relational field between people. Human nervous systems naturally synchronize with one another through emotional resonance, meaning the emotional state of one person can influence the state of another. This phenomenon, sometimes described as emotional or limbic resonance, explains why the presence of a calm and compassionate person can naturally regulate the atmosphere of a room. When the channeler maintains a sincere state of goodwill, others often begin to settle into that same field of calmness without consciously understanding why.

This principle becomes particularly important when working with clients. Many people approach a channel during moments of fear, confusion, urgency, or emotional pain. If the channeler allows irritation, impatience, or judgment to arise in response, the field becomes unstable and the transmission weakens. But when the channeler maintains compassion and steadiness, the emotional environment gradually reorganizes itself. The client relaxes, the intensity of the moment softens, and the communication becomes clearer.

Over time the practitioner begins to recognize that love functions as a kind of stabilizing gravity within the channeling process. It gathers scattered attention, dissolves internal conflict, and aligns the channeler with the higher levels of guidance they are seeking to access. Without this stabilizing quality, attempts to enter trance can become strained or erratic. With it, the transition into receptive awareness becomes far more natural.

Another reason love plays such a central role is that the higher aspects of consciousness communicate through coherence rather than force. Guidance does not push itself into the mind of the channeler. It emerges through alignment. When the channeler enters a state of kindness, humility, and openness, their inner state begins to resemble the frequency of the guidance itself. The connection becomes possible not because it is forced, but because it is compatible.

This is why experienced channelers often emphasize the cultivation of character as strongly as the development of ability. Patience, humility, forgiveness, and compassion are not merely moral qualities. They are energetic conditions that refine the vessel. Every moment of sincere goodwill strengthens the field through which transmission occurs.

As the channeler deepens their practice, the cultivation of love gradually becomes less of a deliberate effort and more of a natural orientation toward life. Compassion begins to arise spontaneously toward oneself and others. When this happens, raising vibration is no longer something the channeler tries to achieve before entering trance. It becomes the baseline state from which the work unfolds.

And when love becomes the baseline, the channel becomes far easier to open.
