Raising the Channeling Frequency Through Love

Raising the Channeling Frequency Through Love

Daily Inspirational Write-Up For Friday March 6

To explain how the channeler raises their frequency through the cultivation of genuine love, establishing the energetic condition that allows trance contact to occur safely and clearly.

Before a channel enters trance, the vessel must come into harmony with the frequency through which guidance speaks. This harmony is not achieved through effort, strain, or intellectual focus. It arises through the opening of the heart. Love is the stabilizing frequency of the higher realms, and the more deeply a channeler embodies love, the more naturally the channel aligns with the soul, the Higher Self, and guiding intelligences.

Raising vibration is therefore not an abstract mystical concept. It is the lived practice of allowing love to circulate freely through one’s being.

When the heart opens, the entire energetic system becomes more alive. A sense of aliveness begins to spread through the body and consciousness expands beyond its usual limits. The channeler feels more spacious inside themselves, less contracted, less defensive, less guarded. This expansion is the movement from resistance into participation with the greater flow of life. Love is not resistance to the universe. Love is cooperation with it. In this state the channeler becomes receptive rather than forceful, and the field required for trance contact begins to stabilize.

At the center of this teaching is a principle that many beginners misunderstand. Raising vibration does not mean attempting to eliminate every uncomfortable thought or emotion before channeling. It does not mean pretending to be spiritually perfect or emotionally pure or completely mentally pure. In truth, the attempt to suppress parts of oneself creates contraction, and contraction lowers the channel’s frequency. The pathway to higher vibration is not rejection of the human experience. It is love for the whole of it.

The channeler learns to love themselves completely before attempting to open the trance state. This includes loving the parts of oneself that feel confident and peaceful, but also the parts that feel doubtful, insecure, uncertain, dreadful or afraid. Even emotions that are normally labeled as negative must be met with acceptance. Anger, doubt, shame, and insecurity do not disappear through denial, rejection and suppression. They transform when they are brought into the field of compassion, love and understanding. The channeler learns to meet these states with patience and grace rather than hostility.

If a difficult thought arises while preparing to channel, the correct response is not to fight it. Fighting thoughts gives them more energy and anchors them deeper in the mind. Instead, the channeler acknowledges the thought and surrounds it with defining moments of love and kindness. In this way the thought is not reinforced, nor is it suppressed. It simply dissolves within a larger field of acceptance and allowance. What once appeared as an obstacle becomes a hurdling opportunity to widen the heart frequency. When this is practiced sincerely, the channeler’s consciousness expands and the vibration naturally rises.

This transformation of internal experience is one of the most important foundations of trance channeling. The channeler does not attempt to become an idealized perfect spiritual personality. The channeler becomes an honest, humble and dignified human being who holds every part of themselves with compassion, grace, kindness and love. In doing so, the nervous system relaxes, emotional turbulence settles, and the energetic field becomes smoother and more coherent. This coherence allows subtle frequencies to be perceived and transmitted more easily.

Love must also extend beyond the inner life of the channeler. It must begin to radiate outward toward the environment and toward other people. A channeler does not enter trance as an isolated individual attempting to extract information from unseen realms. The channeler enters trance as a participant in a field of relationship. When the channeler holds others in sincere goodwill, their energy field expands and becomes more stable. The surrounding atmosphere changes as well, becoming calmer and more receptive.

This principle becomes especially important when working with others. People often approach a channel during moments of confusion, urgency, fear, or emotional pain. If the channeler reacts to these emotions with irritation, judgment, or impatience, the energetic field contracts immediately and the channel weakens. But if the channeler meets those states with patience and understanding, the atmosphere shifts. The client begins to relax, the emotional charge softens, and the conditions for accurate transmission return.

The channeler therefore learns to hold a simple inner posture toward others: a recognition that every person is doing the best they can with the awareness they currently possess. Instead of attempting to correct or criticize the client’s behavior, the channeler focuses on maintaining a steady field of goodwill and love. This does not mean agreeing with everything a person says or does. It means holding them in dignity and compassion while the channeling process unfolds.

Love also stabilizes the channeler when confronted with hostility or misunderstanding. There will be moments when others appear impatient, doubtful, or even rude. These reactions are usually expressions of pain rather than true hostility. If the channeler responds defensively, the connection to the higher field becomes unstable. But if the channeler remains centered and silently offers compassion, the interaction often changes direction. The client’s nervous system begins to settle and the transmission becomes clearer.

Through repeated practice, the channeler begins to understand that love is not merely an emotion. It is a field condition. It is the energetic environment in which the Higher Self, the soul, and guiding intelligences communicate most easily. Every moment of kindness, forgiveness, patience, and goodwill strengthens that field. Each moment of resentment or superiority weakens and distorts it.

This includes subtle forms of spiritual ego pride. When a channel begins to grow in ability, it can be tempting to feel more advanced or more evolved than others. This attitude immediately contracts the heart and reduces the vibration of the field. Genuine higher awareness recognizes equality among all souls. Each person develops at a different pace and expresses wisdom in different ways. When the channeler maintains humility and respect toward others, the field remains open and the channel remains clear.

The principle of vibrational resonance also becomes increasingly visible in the life of the channeler. People, opportunities, and experiences begin to organize themselves according to the quality of the channeler’s energy and energetic foot print or signature. When the heart is open and the vibration is steady, the channeler tends to attract individuals who are ready for deeper awareness and sincere growth. When the heart closes, the surrounding environment reflects that contraction as well. In this sense, raising vibration through love is not only preparation for trance. It is a reorganization of one’s entire life.

Over time the channeler discovers that love regenerates vitality within the body as well as within the subtle field. A loving state increases life force, strengthens resilience, and brings the system into balance. When love circulates freely through the body and mind, the channeler becomes capable of holding more energy without strain. This expanded capacity is essential for stable trance states.

In this way the practice of raising vibration through love becomes a daily discipline rather than a temporary technique. The channeler cultivates kindness in ordinary interactions, patience in moments of difficulty, and forgiveness toward themselves when they fall short of their own ideals. Each act of compassion refines the vessel further.

Eventually the channeler realizes something profound. The state required for trance channeling is not separate from the highest qualities of human character. Love, humility, patience, and goodwill are not moral decorations placed upon spiritual practice. They are the very conditions that allow the channel to exist at all.

When the heart is open and the vibration is stable, the channeler stands at the threshold of the deeper states of consciousness where trance communication becomes possible.

One of the deeper realizations that emerges as a channeler matures is that love does not merely elevate one’s emotional state. It stabilizes the entire system through which the transmission occurs. When a person genuinely enters a state of compassion, warmth, and goodwill, the nervous system shifts from defensive vigilance into a more regulated and cooperative mode.

Modern research shows that compassion and loving-kindness states increase positive emotional activity and resilience while reducing stress responses in the body, allowing individuals to remain calm and receptive even in the presence of difficulty.

This shift is significant for trance channeling. When the nervous system is dominated by tension, fear, or irritation, the mind becomes reactive and fragmented. The awareness repeatedly snaps back toward self-protection and external monitoring.

In contrast, a loving state broadens attention and softens the internal dialogue. The channeler’s perception becomes quieter and more spacious. It is within this expanded field of attention that subtle impressions and transmissions can begin to be perceived.

Love also influences the relational field between people. Human nervous systems naturally synchronize with one another through emotional resonance, meaning the emotional state of one person can influence the state of another. This phenomenon, sometimes described as emotional or limbic resonance, explains why the presence of a calm and compassionate person can naturally regulate the atmosphere of a room. When the channeler maintains a sincere state of goodwill, others often begin to settle into that same field of calmness without consciously understanding why.

This principle becomes particularly important when working with clients. Many people approach a channel during moments of fear, confusion, urgency, or emotional pain. If the channeler allows irritation, impatience, or judgment to arise in response, the field becomes unstable and the transmission weakens. But when the channeler maintains compassion and steadiness, the emotional environment gradually reorganizes itself. The client relaxes, the intensity of the moment softens, and the communication becomes clearer.

Over time the practitioner begins to recognize that love functions as a kind of stabilizing gravity within the channeling process. It gathers scattered attention, dissolves internal conflict, and aligns the channeler with the higher levels of guidance they are seeking to access. Without this stabilizing quality, attempts to enter trance can become strained or erratic. With it, the transition into receptive awareness becomes far more natural.

Another reason love plays such a central role is that the higher aspects of consciousness communicate through coherence rather than force. Guidance does not push itself into the mind of the channeler. It emerges through alignment. When the channeler enters a state of kindness, humility, and openness, their inner state begins to resemble the frequency of the guidance itself. The connection becomes possible not because it is forced, but because it is compatible.

This is why experienced channelers often emphasize the cultivation of character as strongly as the development of ability. Patience, humility, forgiveness, and compassion are not merely moral qualities. They are energetic conditions that refine the vessel. Every moment of sincere goodwill strengthens the field through which transmission occurs.

As the channeler deepens their practice, the cultivation of love gradually becomes less of a deliberate effort and more of a natural orientation toward life. Compassion begins to arise spontaneously toward oneself and others. When this happens, raising vibration is no longer something the channeler tries to achieve before entering trance. It becomes the baseline state from which the work unfolds.

And when love becomes the baseline, the channel becomes far easier to open.
